previous years more towards superior location as promised by Gov infra is in progress upgrading.
Now infra not really moving forward, then the location more towards to inferiority. sad.gif

yes there are few highway accessibility to Rawang
But till inner of Rawang, it back to truck road.
Also too many new properties development there, Rawang infra cannot cope with it.

based on observations so far
Bandar Tasik Puteri and Mah Sing, come out a lot of promotions as their sell volume too slow
However, IMPO, Bandar Tasik Puteri cannot sell, dead
Mah Sing property also dead cannot sell
