So there after there is maintenance fees lah haha

No clubhouse or whatsoever right? Then after that one year the guards will be maintained by the committees of the residents then?

whether can form JMC or not....even with over 70% of residents agreement at best can install manual gate nia.....

there is NO WAY can get auto gate where 100% agreement is required.

MR2, 20x65 lishold, proper strata title GnG cant even break 500k on subsale.

good luck with 550k at what I think is more inferior location. Correct if I am wrong (for the location).

lol... setia alam freehold also selling similar price and similar size.... and thats a more matured location than here...

its better u use klang valley lishold location to compare... maybe if u compare against TA/Rimbayu at canal city it will make you feel better...

lol... and this is saujana rawang... considered very inside compared to all the other outskirt locations....

Now infra not really moving forward, then the location more towards to inferiority. sad.gif
