saw agent advertise this as the next desa park of rawang wor.... is mah sing famous for focusing on landscaping and other amenities in their landed project? hows the commercial lots for MR1 and MR2 doing in rawang?

would this be strata title development? 20x60 starting from 550k? would it be quite steep for the size.... cant imagine the price for 20x75... and this piece of land should be leasehold also right?

here ada strata title ma... ada clubhouse... ada nice lake park... and ada alot of basic amenities like those rawang lang shared before... haha... and u can catch a movie at aeon rawang although some distance away and that part always jam one....

lol... setia alam freehold also selling similar price and similar size.... and thats a more matured location than here...

its better u use klang valley lishold location to compare... maybe if u compare against TA/Rimbayu at canal city it will make you feel better...

lol... and this is saujana rawang... considered very inside compared to all the other outskirt locations....
