Can anyone here recommend me a fast wireless charging stand?

Welcome to the bright side... laugh.gif
You can use the wireless charger from Samsung. Works flawlessly.

Guys there's a trick to access the control center if you find it a bit difficult or troublesome to get to the top right of your screen. Enable the assistive touch and then customize the 3d touch to access the control center. It will auto pull it down. At the same time you can also use the assistive touch as your virtual home button. It has more progeammable features now.

Neat trick. thumbup.gif

after randomly going into stores just for fun, it seems that the 256gb is sold out most of the time compared to the 64gb. so it seems people are getting the 256gb, or that they just have a lot of 64gb stocks
*
As usual, Apple we bring in more of the cheaper model because it will usually sell more.

Me. Case fits perfectly. But too slippery.

Thank you so much for your kind explanation. Will def check it out. Oh I’m a sis..not bro 😬. You know la how girls with phones, I for one, only want casing cantik2 saja. But since this X is so expensive..I need to take care of it properly...therefore need all the input if possible. 😊
*
Oh sorry sis. Am doing exactly the same thing as i have done before and after reading more on the vulnerable sides the stainless steel has. But the challenge here is whether or not your phone would fit your case with your wrap on. Some cases have a very tight fit, and due to the skin's slightly added thickness, it may not fit.

the case that i will be using has rubber edges inside that allows some slight expansion, so mine should be sorted. Therefore, if you choose to wrap your phone and put a case on it, be sure to identify its tightness through videos online or through forumers' experience here

Please note that some skins takes up to two weeks for delivery so weigh your options carefully; a) buy skin/wrap for better coverage at a cheaper price but have to wait for 1-2 weeks, or b) use Mobile Outfitter for immediate service but at more than double the price of an online skin

They need to bring back 128GB model. 64GB is too little for 2+ year phone users and 256GB is overkill even for phone gamers. Not sure about those who love to take selfies and videos though.

You’re very kind to explain thoroughly ..appreciate that. So basically mobile outffiters charges double as opposed to buying the same thing online la ya? The only downside of buying online is the waiting game right?

And the thickness of the wrap plays a vital part too right? I was thinking of getting a spigen or even other durable casings for my X, which will arrive this Thursday (I hope!)...I’ve ordered the  casing too just in case ...can’t make up my mind 🤣

mobile outfitters after sales service is quite questionable as well. You can see a number of complains in their FB page.

Its Apple's way to make us cough out more dough for the 256gb. If there is a mid price 128gb, Im sure many would be going for it rather than the 256gb. Right now let me think of something to fill up of the 200gb free space... hmm.gif rclxub.gif

200gb is a lot to fill up.

I got the 64Gb. I even forgot to ask how much space iOS took up. I guess I’ll know when the phone comes.

I think dbrand skins come with 2 skins, one is the back only and the other is back + wrap around. If you apply the wrap around one, you have to either get a not-so-tight fitting case or try not to remove the phone from the case too often. Else the skin will peel off. If you're the one who likes to change cases or have a few cases, then just install the back only to protect the back glass.

I would say you would have about 60gb of free space for your disposal.

yes Bestskinsever cost about RM60+ for the full matte wrap whereas Mobile Outfitters is about RM200+. but it takes 7-10 business days to deliver and you have to apply it on your own (don't worry as the process is actually quite simple with online videos as guidance) whereas Mobile Outfitters are ready and they can apply for you on the spot.

but it depends on your concern; the back or the sides. if your concern is just the back, then you can get the back-only skin that will only cover the back glass panel. the back-only is the most case-friendly version and widely compatible compared to the full wrap. if you are not too worried about the sides, then better for you to just get the back-only skin

the main concern is the sides though, as it is more susceptible to scratches compared to the back. but only if they are really nit picky. if not, then actually no need to get a sp for the back glass as the glass back would already be protected in a case

anyone knows why Apple Malaysia would need to ship their stock from Singapore to China and then only to Malaysia rather than ship to Malaysia directly?

Apple dont. When u order through Apple My, your order goes to Apple Sg and if they have stock of the phone in their warehouse, they will ship directly to you. If not they will have to order from Apple China and get it shipped directly here.
