Called CS to enquire n was informed new t&c started in March n Shopeepay topup not qualified for cb or counted as Qualified Total Spend. Another useless card for me.

Same, been holding True Card and CB Card from Ambank.... guess will go for the cancel route......

probably thats why.
i have exceeded minimum requirements.
submitted few banks for CC.
only the first bank approved.

U means the new tnc was implement since Mac but you still get the online cashback (shopeepay top up) until this July. This month didnt get the cashback right.?
Same goes to me, I thought top up 1500 every month can get rm 15 regardless the new tnc.

yes. ambank strict. even sst also no waive unless u got enough point

So I guess no experience to share? Looks like it's either spent enough or paid for the AF.

did some calculations since I did a couple of transactions during last few days of July to get the points

seems like they are following posting date... Few of my transactions only posted in August, end up few thousand points lesser

need to pay half as not enough spend but i cancelled the card as it is not attractive already except for golden lounge.

Thanks for sharing! I guess it will be the same for me too next month. Apply again next time for the GL purposes though so far I never used this feature in the past one year. Either travelled in other airlines or MH J class which already has GL by default.

Platinum status is a different world.

The RM 500 AF is OK if you use it frequently, the price is not too bad actually. Nevertheless, for my case, I'm not a brand loyalist so I don't fly only with MH. That said most of my miles are still with EM for free J class redemption.

Support One World more instead of Star Alliance more then the status will be worth it

Hard to justify because KF require lesser miles sometimes and the flight experience is better.

Agree, SIA business class compared to MH is worlds apart. I'm glad EM can be used for SIA now although the points required is so much more compared to MH, but in terms of safety, quality and service I think it is worth it.
I just wish there was a Visa/MC that offers a better KF point conversion for local spending...

Yes, very limited routes. I hope they expand, I go to Aus more often than anywhere else
300k EM return business class to Europe. In comparison, 207k KF for saver / 246k KF for advantage.
