Enrich Visa Infinite user here, I've been charged RM250 annual fee on my statement date (instead of the full RM500).

Worth keeping and using this card for another year? or should I call Ambank to request for card downgrade to Plat instead?

dont waste time to call to waive. been trying to do with sst. Lucky i'm platinum so i even the point are not good but at least 30% reduction on elite point did help. So i just pay the sst and continue enjoy.

My cc application for Enrich visa platinum was declined. Applied through their web and later submitted all necessary documents via email. Follow up yesterday and the reason they gave was "I'm too clean" 😅.

You don't have much credit history? Maybe check your CCRIS record. Get cards from banks that are easier to apply first.

Sigh.. my enrich point from ambank card dropped by a quarter bcoz of the devaluation.. im not a high spender but dropping from 1300 points month to 400 points sucks 🥲

Need to rethink how to use this card to get more points..

Most if not all airlines have devalued their Miles program. Very few cards left in the market can be considered but these cards are reserved for High Worth clientele - eligibility requirements are simply too far off for most customers.

A major rethink is needed if members are pursuing airline miles via their credit card spending. Suggested alternative values to consider would be access to Lounge and cost of overseas spending. AMBank Enrich is one of the very few credit cards with low fees for overseas spending. Just 1%.

Yea it seems like this is more of an overseas use card after the devaluation.. sadly dont have any overseas travel lined up for work this year..

But the 30% reduction in status is godsend..

Just sad I wont be able to get more miles like before.. sigh.

Alliance VI actually better for overseas spending now with their revamp and each year Enrich will do 20% bonus offer so will get more miles compared to Ambank.

Saw somewhere that they were able to get AF waived for Enrich VI without hitting 100k spending. But it was close, they spent about 90k+ and initially they only got RM250 waived, but called Ambank and they waived the remaining RM250.

Seems like got a bit of leniency but dunno whats the threshold

90k is almost close to 100k. so chance to get 100% is easy compare to those spent 60-80k

Would be better if we have some more information on alliance VI forex rate to look at. And compare with ambank Enrich VI.

But the enrich bonus is definitely a plus point to take note. Important to note bonus points validity is only 1 year usually. Good to redeem if you know you can use it up.

alliance vi 2% ambank 1%, base on visa rate, but x10 for oversea and exchange when 20% bonus promo is definitely better than ambank

Have used both overseas the forex about the same la. 1-1.5%.

Since I didn't spend enough with my Enrich VI, I got charged with the AF and SST. I just called to cancel, and I will apply again next time if I still need it.

just get Enrich Platinum will do. maintain 30% reduction - free annual fees. no need to worry

Yeah, maybe that's a better idea too. I will apply again next time, maybe before my trip or something.

I had been holding platinum, no need to worry. just once in a while i use it to purchase my airticket, thats all.
