Topup bigpay on 20 march, did not receive any cashback on 16 apr.

So far i didnt recall ambank release cashback in batches?

I reloaded BP on 26th March and still got it.

reloaded bp on 15 Mar not getting 30

Have you make payment for that month?

Written in the term and condition of the card under:
2.© If the Card’s outstanding balance exceeds the 30-day period, the Cash Rebate
shall not be awarded until the outstanding balance is settled and the Card
Account is regularized.

I haven't made yet because statement balance hasn't due yet but I still got cash back.

Perhaps, like forummer above stated - U havent followed their T&C?

I reload on 11 Mar 2020 for BigPay but didn't get anything on 16 April the RM30 rebate..... OMG

Did you get the rebate on 16 April in your account ?

To clear the doubt you all having, there are several changes of BP MCC during March and cos someone got cb and some not on topping up BP.
That's the same case as UOB as well.

Yep semua bayar on time - no interest charged. otherwise the Grab wont work no? I.e. monthly basis

1. I've no transaction on 16th April
2. 13th April to BP? Will be in my next month's statement - it's stated in the T&C

there is nothing u can do, the system auto detect the MCC
u can try chat with ambank but my advise is no need bcos of one month cb, they might remove it forever

IF they remove then cancel card lo.... but it should be clear unless the T&C has changed or updated to reflect the "exclusion MCC"
