Are there AmBonus Points for AmBank BonusLink Card?

I have the VI card and find that the exchange rate markup is not 1% but rather just over 2% compared to VISA exchange rate over the 1 week period.
Anyone has the same card can confirm this?
Would change to MC if that is the case.

Only useful if you visit China VERY often and needed a lot transactions with union pay.
Need to spend RM20k isn't easy (to waive AF).
Consider that most of the hotels in China can accept Visa/MC, you can easily earn 1 mile/RM spend (with MBB VI) or 1 mile/1.4 RM spend (with AMB WMC/VI).
Most of the luxury / branded expenses are accepting Visa/MC too.
So far for me, I can use Visa in Carrefour and Walmart (in Shanghai and Shenzhen, not sure about smaller cities).
Left only smaller shops and how much you can spend there?

Just called ambank CS and it seems that annual fee is auto waived but SST is "non waivable". May I ask if it is the the same for you guys?

still not sure whether to keep or cancel both VI and WMC. Haven't have much good promo on these cards for quite some time... also lounge usage needs RM500 spending...

from my call with CS, they dont waive my sst of rm25... : (

I think I have the cards for around 5 years, If i remember correctly they waived for first year, then continuing years they offset with my points.

Hi all sifu, want to ask a question. Apologies if this has been asked before as I was clicking through few pages and didnt see.

If I am to apply for a World Master and islamic Visa Infinite, do I get 10x entries to PPL as each card has 5x entry per year. I am aware of the RM500 spending requirement either 30days before or after visit.

To clear the doubt you all having, there are several changes of BP MCC during March and cos someone got cb and some not on topping up BP.
That's the same case as UOB as well.
