very hard to prevent cars parking at the roadside, even us Z residence and Rainz here, dont know how many times complaint only the DBKL come and tow. After that Teresa Kok they all come, finally settled. putting barrier and median to prevent them parking at the road side.

Well, can't really say that la, depends on agent also. I did give referral fee using my comm before for other project, but i still follow up until client check defect and move in. And still checking on them from time to time.

Where did you saw 2 rooms below RM2000 Fully furnished bro?
The Park Sky rental RM2000 only can get partial furnished/ ORiginal fitting, without lights and fan from developer oh.
Fully furnished 2 rooms minimum RM2.6K and above.
Instead of dropped, the rental here increased and especially for 3 rooms, demand strong, can rent up to RM3.8k, asking min RM3.6k for fully furnished.

But we rented out a few units for owner wor, haha, maybe ask your friend contact me bro, I specially doing rental for Park Sky and Pinnacle SP. IF original fitting as what developer give, i can said good luck, because really is below RM2000. Got owner managed to rent out at 1.8k. haha
