We can't use Samsung pay on things worth more than 250 right?
*
Yes you can. The terminal will prompt for PIN and enter your PIN as usual.

It is definately bloatware for sure hence why I never used it in the first place. Will slow the phone down and why bother paying for it once the trial period end.
*
You paid top price for top spec. And you're worried about slowing down your phone? Hehe.

Is there anyway to interact with the phone using the gesture like iphone X? We don't have to use the nav bar. Saw the same function at HTC U 11 PLUS. It's cool.

notice there is some bug in note 8 where after using for an amount of time, the apps start getting laggy when press back button, need to wait for few seconds to respond
it will become normal once restart the phone
*
This is what worries me. Lag and reboot / restart.

They built phone so fast with impressive hardware, Mobo and architecture but the software / OS / apps are below par. Which causes the phone acting weirdly.

I understand your predicament. It's annoying to users.

But to do daily erasing of partition cache and reboot are quite time consuming.

I only think if there are any other better ways around.

The designers of the softwares /app need to comprehend with the needs of the end users / consumers. To ensure no hiccups of the integration between hardware and software on this flagship phone.

I hope they do a better job.

It's seem not every note 8 user face this issue n mostly cause by apps installed.
S8 series n note fe came out so far so good.
1 week restart phone 1 time it's the way for Android phones user but not everyday it will cause the battery life n quick annoying too.
Cheers.

Helo guys. I have installed the temper glass on my Note 8 but the sensitivity is reduced and apparent especially during texting. Is there any temper glass that is better and not costing me a bomb?

Totally agree with wkshai. Once a week restart is good enough to refresh and bring the phone's OS back to optimum performance.

Hi all, I just bought my note8 from Qoo. I plan to get moonstone TG and seems like reviews from youtube stating that it must be perfect install in order to match with Spigen case.

Can you guys recommend me some good case that compatible with moonstone TG which you are using right now?

This is why some people prefer less features but snappier pixel phone. Just like iPhone, without 3rd party apps, the phone has nothing. But it just works as it should be.

I know right! It's not really comparing the same hardware specs. But the Note 8 still has my vote!

IINM, iPhone X gets higher score due to their new A11 Bionic chip, not because of the amount of ram.

Sadly to say that after so many years, Android still got a lot to catch up with IOS in term of processor speed. However, if you don't care about the scores and if you don't do mobile gaming, you won't notice much difference between Note 8 & iPhone X in real life usage.
