Half of the layout type is for own stay. look at type C and D. there is only 1 unit each type in 1 floor, unique corner and Block B only which can see KLCC i presume.
C&D ownstay
Type B - ownstay
Type A2 - early early fully sold out - ideal ownstay or investment
Type A1 - investment
i would say half ownstay half investment.
other developer that develop a 600sf or 570sf mostly have 1 bathroom n room only.
Type A1 if you compare by right is a studio unit, thus there is no attached bathroom to master room.
1 room to sleep 1 room to work.
