yea.... the recent raining season proven... how easily msian switch to driving when weather gets bad... whereas for most of the matured cities... even heavy rain... the train commuters still maintain at consistent level... here... u will see the roads have double the car volume during raining season... be it... flood rain or just drizzles... lol

Got the 3 bed for my own stay too. It's quite cramp for the kitchen and master bedroom. What to do only can afford such size & price.

Many developers like to promote their project is low density.. Low density means the owners have to pay high maintenance fee in future.. Maybe starting is 0.30/sqft, slowly will increase to 0.35 and so on...

OK 681 units on the land size 1.8 acre, equivalent to 377 units per acre.
Those buy for own stay will be living comfort with such high density?

Noisy also. Better to stay not too near to the station and use the developer provide free shuttle service to/fro. Better choice.

Location too close to MRT station.. Traffic problem.. Everyone park the cars along the road (waiting people, take MRT etc)...

Did any buyer have to pay the loan stamp duty in advance when sign spa and they will refund later?

My friend bought other development under HOC as well but dont have to pay loan stamp duty upfront first...

And i was told the free 2 units aircond will not be stated in spa and booking form.. Same for u guys? Can be trusted?

I think lawyer also asked me to sign some form to do that thing, so should be fine~~~
