Birch's is an Olympic LENGTH infinity pool.
The long (length) will be 50m and ends with an infinity fall out.
Pool Width is not uniformly rectangular in order to fit the design.
Hence, cannot be categorized as olympic size.

Anyhow For Olympic swimmers 50m is consider 1 lap.

Zero down project is to help young buyers,
but u still need to pass bank strict rules to get ur 90% loan.
As u know the bank loan process is extremely strict since 2018 until Lim Guan Eng ask to loosen it.

Main Contractor already busily working, now is at almost level 4 carpark.
Stage 2B (schedule H)

The Main Contractor name is TYKB Engineering, (Est. 2006)
Latest project involvement is on Genting Outdoor Theme Park.

2 carpark units, left two after today official launch.

Total Almost 65% booked, 30% signed have sign spa.
Quite welcoming response as started on mid of july.
