Including maintenance around 2k for smallest unit. Potentially -ve from 500 to 800.

I don't see the market can how to exit with handsome profit.
Small unit may not bed as bad as you tonight, viece versa on big unit.

IMO,
too many wtr units in all over KL or even selangor.
I know a lot of ppl rushing into this city to work, but I don't think they need so much of places to stay like 10 years ago.
High-rise is too too too many, until the market is cold down and let the real.demands absorbed it. If not, it's only left hand fighting right hand.

Current trend is small units 2r type, but after 4 years. The market will be filled with this type which is over supply again.

No comment for those own stay users. Investment wise can look into something else.

Pooperty no longer has any meat to eat. Ask yourself, do you think Malaysia will be better after 4 or even 10 years?

Deep in our heart, we knew the answer that we don't want to answer.
