In Mi Home settings, enable the push notification to the app. But you better not enable it, because 90% of the motion alarm are nuisance triggered. I only enable it when it's absolutely necessary when I expecting visitor coming while I'm away not far from home.

Maybe while you try to read the recording on card, the card is writing new motion video at the same time. Try turn off all recording ( both all day and motion) on SD and access your recording via 4G again. If still can't, then the slow upload speed might be one of the reasons.

i think it will still record videos on the microSD card, just you cant check or control it.
not sure though as only lately I found out it can now record motion detect videos to the SD card

I got 2 units. 1 survived the update, another 1 has problem with its night vision mode. The IR night vision is turned on when it's dark but it can't see anything. I've downgraded it to .194 but still the same. Hardware issue perhaps? icon_question.gif

I have the Xiaofang working fine with 32GB local storage. How to dump filr to the router all in the micro sd card? Must use xiaomi router? which xiaomi router model which is compatible?

after install , i got that notification within 3 days, after that no more notification . please help . mine are 2 Dafang and 1 xiaofang

1. Go to Settings then try to clear your cache.
2. Disable and re-enable your Motion Detection.
3. Disable and re-enable your Device Notifications.

4. Update your firmware to the latest. (Optional)
5. Reset and reconnect your cameras. (Optional, if the steps above not working)
