I also booked one unit in Blok A. I'm still in the process of getting loan approval. But at the same time, I don't feel 100% confident with this project since it's the first one and the offers are too tempting (almost everything is free, only need to pay booking fee and MOT). It makes me wonder...Hope I made the right choice :/

I think mostly sold out for block A because I wanted to book a unit facing the forest, but they only showed me a few options, mostly booked. I heard in 2 months, they will open for booking block B.

Yeah true. You can see MKH already covered the whole area of Kajang 2 promoting their new mall, commercial area etc.

Check SPA layout plan that is no second room mention in fact the area is reserve as yard. Question future got problem getting authority issue CF?

it is only 1 parking.

i just go to canopy hills and made cancellation. because it seem this project over price. and price will be go down during lelong. this is base on gov now make more cheap housing. and more lelong. even mkh boluved rm220 lelong price and around 600sqft

6. Ada satu agent cakap 3 tahun boleh untung 200K, hahaha, suruh agent tu beli sendiri ko.
7. Ada lagi cakap boleh sewa 2.5k sebulan, ada shopping mall, ukm, upm dan uniten dekat sana, babi betul orang ni.

Saya adalah salah satu pembeli dan sudah sign snp dan terus batalkan project tersebut, saya komplen dekat office kat developer jika tidak saya akan hentam kaokao dia, staff cakap dia boleh cancel terus walaupun sudah sign snp, tak percaya awak boleh cuba. Nak marah kaokao kat ofis dia
