i choose this canopy hills coz very convenient and near to the future township & transport. and i was interested canopy hills facilities and should spend more times relax outdoor with fresh environment. it's what i want. by the way, if you stay with family, choose residensi permai as wise option. let me tell the fact. i am no interest in residensi permai developer coz they built ascotte boulevard. their impressed artist totally different from its real appearance..

Need to pay MOT strata title stamp duty upon vacant possession around 4k-5kSept will start pay progressive interest monthly as SA told. maybe rm100-200 around. tnb and water fees ofcourse, but will minus from the booking fee we paid. after palling work done, estimate around next year June 2019 only paying the progress interest around 100-150 per month, my Sales Person give me the estimation of progress interest...So i have a better understanding of the progress charge.. Anyway he advise me that lump some deposit around 5k each year into loan account, and make a standing instruction order from bank, so every month bank will direct deduct the interest from our account..no need go to bank pay the interest later.. I'm very satisfy with his service.. |
