Has anyone compared this project with Residensi Permai? Any opinion?

i choose this canopy hills coz very convenient and near to the future township & transport. and i was interested canopy hills facilities and should spend more times relax outdoor with fresh environment. it's what i want. by the way, if you stay with family, choose residensi permai as wise option. let me tell the fact. i am no interest in residensi permai developer coz they built ascotte boulevard. their impressed artist totally different from its real appearance..

i was told that G-Pile will construct the piling next ogos or sept. I track G-Pile system histories build the previous construction - Damansara Foresta & THE ELEMENTS ampang. reputable.. i choose this developer coz they have connection with many reputable constructions..

I just booked 1 unit with 1k booking fee.

First time buy house...
Need help from those who already brought a unit there.

How much money I need to prepare for all the necessary fees after loan approved ?

all legal fees including spa n reimbursement are totally free. else no pay anything. Since vp, start pay tnb & water fees i think.

Sept will start pay progressive interest monthly as SA told. maybe rm100-200 around.

Ur Sales Agent didn't tell u?

Finally I got my loan approved, need to thanks to my Sales person from Developer Mr Steven Tam 012-270 9278... at 1st my loan decline, but I follow wat he told me and help me to submit to few bank, finally i got my loan approval, but interest little bit high around 4.7% sweat.gif ....

tnb and water fees ofcourse, but will minus from the booking fee we paid.

after palling work done, estimate around next year June 2019 only paying the progress interest around 100-150 per month, my Sales Person give me the estimation of progress interest...So i have a better understanding of the progress charge..

Anyway he advise me that lump some deposit around 5k each year into loan account, and make a standing instruction order from bank, so every month bank will direct deduct the interest from our account..no need go to bank pay the interest later..

I'm very satisfy with his service..

Many agents here talk among themselves. May well be an agent with many accounts talk to him/herself.

I've booked a unit here. The salesman, Douglas says that i can get back my booking fees in 2 weeks if I changed my mind. 2 months and countless follow ups, nothing happen. Any suggestion on what to do?

Hi, I think if the unit you buy is under rm300k for first time home buyer are rm0 for the MOT

I just signed on bank letter offer. My unit at level 25.

Wondering what is the project status now. Seems very slow.

Mind to tell estimated roughly how much in total till vp?

The one thing buying under construction property was the interest during construction period....putih putih paid

i havent sign SnP. I already booking my unit at level A -17-xx.

it is true the unit will be ready on 2020?
Now i am going to think twise it is a really good buy for this project?

One more which bank offer best for home loan

any bank give lower than this?

If you are refering to MKH Boulevard. Yes. Still got few active lelong units in the market now. Need wait slowly for price drop.
