7. Ada lagi cakap boleh sewa 2.5k sebulan, ada shopping mall, ukm, upm dan uniten dekat sana, babi betul orang ni.

Saya adalah salah satu pembeli dan sudah sign snp dan terus batalkan project tersebut, saya komplen dekat office kat developer jika tidak saya akan hentam kaokao dia, staff cakap dia boleh cancel terus walaupun sudah sign snp, tak percaya awak boleh cuba. Nak marah kaokao kat ofis dia

Nampaknya account you FAKE ACCOUNT, kenapa u pandai complain sini takut nak tunjuk identity sendiri? you dari developer lain ke nak cuba merosakan nama pemaju lain dengan perangai macam SAKAI!! from the looks of it macam not bad leh.... the whole concept at least more bombastic than ini canopy hills..... if comparing high rise to high rise....

just need update here.
i already got my booking fee after the cancelation. it only took 1 month to get you booking fee.

when colecting the check. notice a very high pile of check. may be a lot of people cancel their booking.

They even offered SOHO Mampu Milik under LPHS (Rumah Selangorku).

Is it a good buy paying RM230,000 for a 450sqft unit?.

Is all going fine with Canopy Hills residence? I just booked a unit here. Hopefully i made the right choice 😅

Just got some photo from Developer Staff, heard their construction period way more early than their plan. and they had sold almost 70% of their units.

Hi. my wife bought one unit here, B-12-xx. i was asking around for the convertion of the Commercial Rate to become residential rate. and what answer i get is, TNB we as a owner can personally convert the SOHO (commercial) to become residential. But syabas wise, cannot convert.

the first moment the SA told us, it will be Residential Title under HDA.. but end up is SOHO title under HDA.

since we already bought and settle loan and all the thing, just to wait and see la, what is the outcome. will the developer convert it to become residential
