Not even close to the 36month as stated in S&P, bank now started draft on behalf of buyer , back date letter for construction time to 48months.
If developer / bank do it in proper way but not back date the letter, I might understand it's due to MCO crisis.
They back date the letter and ask me to sign on it on 48months.
Shame on them, go ask our government to help u then for the extension of time.

That's not the way. This called cheating. Developer side must tell is 48 months before we signed on our S&P.
So if I signed, I need to bear another 12months interest.
What if later they can't complete again ? Another 12months ? Shame on this developer and no next time to buy any property from them. Blacklist.
