This unit seems not suitable for ownstay? will surround by many students there? no professional youth work around?

This project is somehow potential as it is one of the nearest project away from the new kajang 2 township. Everyday Your mood will be spoiled when see cigarette butts at garden since the above floor neighbors no balcony. And I also facing the issue since smell smoking so free at every corridor due to neighbor vent at yard sad.gif

the floor neighbors throw throw cigratte butts from the yard. these unit yards quite bad ideas that easily become place can residents smoking. these yard vent inflate the smoking at corridor. sad.gif sad.gif

This project seems might have potential coz started accessible to hsr bang&putrajaya within 8km onward distance. And Tram spad in progress study proposed will be at kajang ktm station. Go to ktm kajang 2 to kajang Jalan bukit link to tram go to hsr putrajaya.

They provided their shuttle bus service. (Cost included in the management fee.) to ktm 2, ktm Jalan bukit, ukm and GMI. Hope it enlighten your understanding.

i choose this canopy hills coz very convenient and near to the future township & transport. and i was interested canopy hills facilities and should spend more times relax outdoor with fresh environment. it's what i want. by the way, if you stay with family, choose residensi permai as wise option. let me tell the fact. i am no interest in residensi permai developer coz they built ascotte boulevard. their impressed artist totally different from its real appearance..

i was told that G-Pile will construct the piling next ogos or sept. I track G-Pile system histories build the previous construction - Damansara Foresta & THE ELEMENTS ampang. reputable.. i choose this developer coz they have connection with many reputable constructions..
