Normally the plus-plus charges are for the government and service tax. If I am not mistaken, sometimes they do add the meals cost into it as well. You might want to try to ask them about it first.

You must be at least 18. If you are using cash, I believe that you need to put some deposit and show them your IC for verification. However, if you have a credit card, you only need to verify with it.

++ is most probably including the gst and service tax I suppose. I will ask tomorrow.
