ppl that engaged agent bcos his time is more valuable lah…..
why worried abt 10k extra here and there when you can easily earn 100k same time??? just saying. to be a successful bizman, you need to do what you good at. lets other professionals to do what they good at lah…….if you have to do everything yourself, how you are going to do what you do best??? |

you better make sure non of the tenants is using medical device that required electricity, otherwise you will be done for 2nd degree murder.
that's before you obtain a court order for eviction notice. |

buy 1 - ok....maybe its a good buy and possible good for ownstay buy 2 - ok...maybe for investment buy 3 - what is the reason to buy 3rd property in a year????? |
