Most of the time these bidder are orang dalam that works for either the auctioneer or bank. When nobody register for bid there will be nobody bid for it.

U want to proof it's pretty simple, register and just go bid one time. Most of the time the person who won it will forfiet it and come out again.

If internal auctioneer ppl won it pakat with bank,no need forfiet deposit and just reauction again only la since it's own ppl

Win win for auctioneer and bank but lose for bidder

his role is to drive up the price for other bidders to fight it out. I don't think his duty is bid til win.

He does not know the real bidders' upper limit. He can only guess.

But look at video, this guy did not show any reservation at all. He bulldozed right through. Looks like real bidder with gaya to me. LOL.

Maybe there is a condition that the buyers have to still fulfill the whatever requirement ?

Otherwise this will be an obvious loophole. Will the auction buyers still be subjected to rules such as cannot resell within x number of years ....

Nope. Anyone can buy from auction.
But if the unit is a bumi lot, will still follow bumi quota.

This is the only available loophole investors can collect low cost property in their portfolio. And they are willing to bid above market price in lelong.
Now RUMAHWIP, RUMAH SELANGORKU, PR1MA, PPA1M will join this loophole.
Coz under normal subsale, they are not qualify to buy.

Future reselling of the property back again got no info. Need to check with local authority.
Bank just want to recover back their loss.

2. rumahwip, ppim, prima if bumi lot. only bumi kat buy lelong unit. but they can sell to bumi only. the only good thing it can sell at any time. it is correct?
