Most of the time these bidder are orang dalam that works for either the auctioneer or bank. When nobody register for bid there will be nobody bid for it.

U want to proof it's pretty simple, register and just go bid one time. Most of the time the person who won it will forfiet it and come out again.

If internal auctioneer ppl won it pakat with bank,no need forfiet deposit and just reauction again only la since it's own ppl

Win win for auctioneer and bank but lose for bidder

yup best is go bid urself. last time i bid for low cost tell agent max 140k when i know can get around 120k myself if i go alone without agent, in the end as expected he call me say bid won at 138k. but probably someone also will ask agent go there kacau the price until close to market price since got bidder register.

some forummer also pretend tolong also makan commission jugak, no free lunch in this world
