All those could be under a tenant's or company name.

Might as well just read the proclamation of sale, it will tell you the owner's name, the bank that had instituted the actions leading up to the auction and depending on the bank it may contact the owner on your behalf.

I expect further units to be auction.

This is just the start of a downturn.

I'd imagine sympathy must have played a part but shit a year?? Goodness.

If it was me I'll give him 2 months, either sort it out or ship out else I'll be calling in some gangsters to shove him out.

Well I wouldnt word it the way he words it. Ie "ill be calling some gangsters to shove him out". Strikes me as being arrogant and high handed. I would probably find an amicable way to get him to leave.

For eg: pay him 1 month rent and ask him to leave pronto. Otherwise going to ask someone to make him leave.

Have some humanity while accelerating an exit.

I mean look at his posts. This guy has some money.

I would just transfer the electric and water bill to my name then cut off all. Lets see how long he can live without electricity and water.

Yes, is usual practice for low cost flat / PPR unit. The new buyer will offer lorry service, find new place for the ex-owner, even pay deposit for the ex-owner to leave the house. Refer below example:

But for the above case, owner is staying in condo standard. And still living luxuriously (pasang semua aircon sweat.gif ). So whether he accept a downgrade in his life? Offer him flat to stay? I think the buyer afford to sponsor him deposit to rent at neighboring unit in the same condo. But future gonna be troublesome to the landlord also coz not able to pay rent. Is complicated.

Try to be nice yet people will take advantage and pijak nice people back.
