Simple. Man Utd folks repeat replay in their minds of SAF CRonaldo Scholes Neville Cantona era. Mou cannot achieve that "greatness" and parking itu bus seem too low for a proud fanbase glory hunters.

They just want SAF like person and keep winning almost everytime. Which is impossible.

Each time they lose, dissatisfaction arise. Draw and some will be angry. Best part, we know our ex-Chelsea players in their current team will "disappear" in big games. Lukaku proven. Mata sometimes. Matic in past matches with us, sometimes.

Summary. Mou isn't their true Chosen One. They can't do anything after David Moyes or Van 'Gagal' era. Gotta stick with Mou for the time being. Looking for a future Scotsman with low %.

David Luiz wants Barcelona move
04:30: David Luiz will reportedly force through a move to Barcelona next summer after being left in the cold by Antonio Conte against Manchester United.

The Brazil international was unceremoniously dropped from the Chelsea line-up for their crucial Premier League match againt Jose Mourinho's side at the weekend.

Conte's tactics paid off with Chelsea clinching a 1-0 win but his decision hasn't sat well with Luiz.

Diario Gol claim the 30-year-old wants to leave Chelsea and has already offered himself to Barcelona who are said to be in the market for a central defender.

Morata reveals strange habit
02:00: Alvaro Morata has revealed his routine after Chelsea win a Stamford Bridge.

The Spanish striker has explained how he walks home from the ground and stops for a beer on the way.

Morata told Spanish radio broadcaster SER Network: “I live in Chelsea five minutes away from the stadium and sometimes at the end of the match, if the roads are closed, I take my training gear off and walk home.

“If we win I give myself the reward of having a beer.

"I change my clothes, I take off Chelsea's because if it's not impossible, I put on a hat and go home."

Frank Lampard not against being Michael Emenalo's replacement
18:10: Former Stamford Bridge legend Frank Lampard is one of the names being lined-up as a replacement for Michael Emenalo, and he has said he is not against taking up the post.

Technical director Emenalo left the club after ten years last week and Lampard has been mentioned as a possible successor.

And the ex-England man has stated his desire to return to the Blues as part of the backroom staff.

"I'm a Chelsea person, I'd love to be involved with the club long-term in some way. We'll see," he said.

Working with Zidane would be a dream - Hazard
17:00: Eden Hazard has thrown his Chelsea future into doubt.

The Blues forward has frequently been linked with a move to the European and La Liga champions in the past.

And he’s added fuel to the fire after admitting it would be a "dream" to play under Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.

"Everyone knows the respect I have for Zidane as a player, but also as a manager. He was my idol,” Hazard told Belgian TV channel RTL.

"I do not know what will happen in my career in the future. However, for sure, to play under Zinedine Zidane would be a dream.

"I am enjoying life at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to achieve with them. I am focused on playing for Chelsea.

"Of course [I would enjoy working with Mourinho again]. I like facing him also as an opponent. If we were to work together in the future it would be with pleasure."

Chelsea star Danny Drinkwater has ruined his England career – Chris Sutton
Metro Sport Reporter for Metro.co.ukThursday 9 Nov 2017 11:11 pm

Danny Drinkwater chose not to join up with England (Getty) Danny Drinkwater has ruined his England career by snubbing a call-up from Gareth Southgate, says Chris Sutton. It’s emerged that Drinkwater declined a chance to link up with the national team to instead focus on getting back to full fitness with Chelsea.

Southgate explained what happened on Thursday. ‘I wanted to find out where he felt he was,’ said the England manager. ‘He felt he wasn’t ready yet to play this level. ‘If Danny didn’t feel he was ready for that I can understand it given the amount of minutes he’s had and he didn’t play at the end of the season with Leicester either.’

Since moving to Chelsea, Drinkwater has managed to make just four appearances for Antonio Conte’s side. However, Sutton believes that the midfielder has made a dreadful error by turning down England – and it could even hamper his chances of breaking into the Chelsea team. ‘Danny Drinkwater has made the biggest mistake of his career in snubbing Southgate,’ Sutton told the Daily Mail, adding that his ‘chances of playing at the World Cup are surely over and future England managers — never mind Southgate — will not want to touch him.’

He went on: ‘On a purely practical level, it would have made sense for Drinkwater to join up with England. Given he has had little game-time for Chelsea, these games would have been a perfect opportunity for him to get minutes under his belt. ‘There is stiff competition in midfield at Chelsea, but had Drinkwater shone against quality opposition — Germany on Friday night and Brazil on Tuesday — he could have forced his way into Antonio Conte’s thinking. ‘Now, Conte will only be able to judge him in Under 23 matches or League Cup ties.’

Antonio Conte handed Victor Moses injury boost as Chelsea star steps up training
Simon Rice for Metro.co.ukThursday 9 Nov 2017 10:02 pm

Chelsea defender Victor Moses has taken a major step in his recovery from injury. The Blues wing-back has been out of action since the shock 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace last month, with his absence sorely felt.

Antonio Conte’s side, normally so solid defensively, have shipped 10 goals in the six and a half games since Moses hobbled off with a hamstring injury. Speaking about Moses’ injury last week, Conte said: ‘We have to wait and have patience. He needs more time before he recovers.’ It seems though that the Nigerian is closing in on a return to action having taken part in his first outdoor training session since his injury.

Moses is virtually an automatic pick for Chelsea when fit (Getty) The 26-year-old tweeted images of himself being put through his paces, along with the message: ‘Good to be back training outside.’

Chelsea resume their season after the international break with a game away at West Brom.

David Luiz won’t play for Chelsea again until he proves his commitment
Sean Kearns for Metro.co.ukWednesday 8 Nov 2017 10:00 pm

David Luiz may have to apologise to Antonio Conte (Picture: Getty) Chelsea manager Antonio Conte won’t pick David Luiz again until the defender proves that his attitude has changed. The Brazilian was dropped from Chelsea’s squad for their 1-0 win against Manchester United last Sunday and watched the game from the stands at Stamford Bridge.

The 30-year-old was left out after questioning Conte’s tactics after the side’s 3-0 defeat to Roma in the Champions League but the Italian boss’ patience with Luiz was already wearing thin. Unpicked by Brazil, Luiz will remain in London over the international break and is likely to train as normal given he’s one of the few first-team members not involved with his country.

However, Luiz’s absence from the side will continue until he proves to Conte that he is fully committed to the club and may have to apologise to Conte, according to the Evening Standard. Dropping Luiz was a risk but Andreas Christensen’s performance up against Romelu Lukaku vindicated Conte’s decision.

Conte warned Luiz afterwards that he must ‘work hard’ if he’s to have a future at Stamford Bridge. ‘He has to work really hard, otherwise he is on the bench or in the stands,’ said Conte. ‘I must take the best decision for the club, not for a single player. Christensen is the present and the future for Chelsea’

Antonio Conte targets Alex Sandro, Ross Barkley and a striker in January to bolster Chelsea squad
Metro Sport Reporter for Metro.co.ukWednesday 8 Nov 2017 8:39 pm

Antonio Conte wants to strengthen his squad in January Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants to sign Alex Sandro, Ross Barkley and a striker to rival Alvaro Morata in the January transfer window. The Italian was far from pleased last summer after missing out on a number of his top targets, including Romelu Lukaku, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Fernando Llorente and Barkley.

Chelsea’s failure to deliver on Conte’s demands led to tension at the start of the season and Michael Emenalo’s resignation this week has put further pressure on the club to appease the Italian. Barkley was keen on a move to Stamford Bridge in the summer but a hamstring injury complicated any move to the Blues. The England playmaker is on course to return to action in the coming weeks but Ronald Koeman’s departure has given the Toffees a greater chance of keeping him.

Barkley was keen on joining Chelsea last summer (Picture: Getty) Chelsea had a bid of around £53m rejected from Juventus for Alex Sandro but the Brazilian remains keen on a move to west London and Conte still wants him, according to the Mirror. Marcos Alonso has failed to replicate the form he showed during his debut campaign at Stamford Bridge and in any case Sandro is viewed as a significant upgrade.

Conte would have allowed Michy Batshuayi to leave the club on loan had a suitable replacement – most likely Llorente – have been found in the summer. However, the club’s failure to find a forward meant the Belgian remained in west London but Conte remains keen on a target man. Crystal Palace forward Christian Benteke is viewed as perfect back-up to Alvaro Morata but the Eagles would be reluctant to let him go in January.

Reports: Chelsea to sign Bayern Munich star next summer in €45m move
The Bundesliga giants are willing to let him go for a cut-price deal

by Sunaadh Sagar News59 mins ago

What's the story?

Bayern Munich are willing to offload Arturo Vidal next summer, with Chelsea the most likely destination, according to a report in reputed German news outlet, Kicker, as well as multiple British sources. Antonio Conte has long been a fan of the Chilean midfielder, after having won three Serie A titles together at Juventus. Vidal's performances this season for the Bundesliga champions have left the Bayern hierarchy unimpressed, and they are reportedly willing to let him leave to Chelsea for a fee of €45 million before his value falls further as the 30-year-old ages.

In case you didn't know...

Vidal came over to Europe as a 20-year-old, leaving Chilean side Colo-Colo for Bayer Leverkusen, before moving to Juventus in 2011. Having won multiple trophies with the Bianconeri, Vidal left for Bayern Munich in 2015, with the Bavarians parting with €37 million to bring the Chilean back to the Bundesliga. Vidal has made 91 appearances for Bayern so far, racking up 16 goals and 16 assists to become one of their most important players in midfield.

The heart of the matter

The Chilean superstar was close to a move to England before, confirming it a couple of seasons back, saying "Yes, there was a chance to come to England. It was last summer, and at one point, we thought that is what would happen. I liked the opportunity that they had offered me, but eventually, it did not happen and I chose to come to Bayern. I wanted to come to a team this strong and to a project that is so ambitious."

Bayern have a contract with Vidal until June, 2019 and thus are keen to cash in on Vidal while his stock is high. However, they might hold him to his contract if they are unable to sign a replacement in the form of Leon Goretzka.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, however, wants the club to sign Vidal in January itself, so as to ensure that the Blues have a fighting chance in the race for the Premier League title. N'Golo Kante's absence brought into sharp focus the need for another central midfielder, and Bayern's Chilean midfielder fits the bill.

I dont think any club legend should be appoint as Technical Director.

Imagine the pressure that the need to face when dealing with the devil.

It will tarnish their image and reputation as club legend.
