Just book an unit last weekend, coming will get my kids study at sunway university, in future this property for them stay or rented out.

non-HDA itself dont simply pose high risk.

You also need to consider:
1. Non hda - SPA don’t protect Buyer as much as residential prop schedule H
.
2. Delivery - How’s the developer track record. Any delays, abandon, claim a lot of disbursement at early stage of construction
.
3. Exit strategy - generally ppl don’t buy Non HDA prop for own stay. Which mean u hv one lesser target market when u wanna sell. How strong appeal is YOLO for investor to buy it from you in the future? Is the rental yield good, is it appeal to working population to rent it compare to properties with Walkability to office tower, Mall or MRT/LRT station

You can have a look at the project beside YOLO, called the greenfield residence @ bandar sunway. If you need the sales executive number regarding the project i can pass to you =)

The progress quite fast, can see "YOLO" word on the fence ad~~~
one question, is there anyone know what will happen to the MCD big screen ads?
