Gut feel tells me that the retail lots at the ground and first floor will take quite some time to take off....not an easy task. Likewise, for the sky floor too, to find a good F&B operator.

There's equally affordable accommodation within walking distance to both Us, such as Nadayu28 and also Lagoon View Resort. It's older, but certainly more convenient in terms of distance.
