I think only ah....only gov initiated project can be higher than Klcc. Private projects unlikely.

got 700psf so low ? i went showroom last week and got 860psf+ for cheapest and smallest unit, bigger units mayb 800psf gua

Just wanted to know any difference on the property purchase and resale/ rental in the future if it's commercial without HDA?

Subsale office is not easy to have subsale buyers...
