Same interest in your Acer ET430K.
I want to check if there is permanent image retention, would that count under product defect and you will fix/replace the monitor?

I really like the product but the reviews so far are pretty discouraging. I can bear with temporary image retention but if it would be permanent then I definitely won't consider buying if it is not covered under warranty.

i just bought a new laptop Aspire E14 e5-476-31EI but it's very laggy and slow. When I open two tabs, and then i want to go from one to another, sometimes page is not responding, or it freezes. Even when I type, the words appear very slow

Is it due to low ram 4GB? Should I increase the ram?

Previously i used dell inspiron and the it was fast.

Not sure if Acer VG270UP (27 inch,1440p, IPS, 8-bit color and 144hz) is going to be available here though.

Do you have a solution? I have the same proble with Acer Aspire E11 with 2 GB RAM. What happens if the RAM is changed to 8 GB?

I have a problem with Acer Aspire 5 A514-52G. The Intel Wireless Wi-Fi 6 AX201 is unstable when connected on 5GHz (Channel Width Auto). It's working fine on "Channel Width for 5GHz 20MHz only". Done the Acer Factory restore still the same problem.

Intel® Wireless Wi-Fi 6 AX201 Drivers:

Tested on wireless router:
Xiaomi R3P Pro
TP-Link Deco M5

Driver or hardware issues ??

Wireless problem resolved.

Found out that the Acer service replaced the original Intel AX201 with Intel AC 9560.
Report a complain that the wifi card has been replaced with a older model.

It is a hassle since day 1 owning an Acer Laptop. The after sales & service is incompetent in solving a simple issue.
