Hey admin, just wanted to say im loving the Acer supercare warranty plan. My mom spilled coffee on her Aspire and the keyboard was ruined. We brought it in to your care center in Subang and they took it in and fixed it in 2 days!

Now, my question is, how many times can my mom spill her coffee?

Not too sure, but i know its the lowest priced one since her laptop was below a certain pricing (Acer Aspire 3 bought 5 months ago)

Hi dryll, you're covered by the Acer SuperCare warranty plan for up to 3 years! So, your mom can spill coffee as much as she wants till then But of course, we would strongly suggest that you consult with our service provider for full details. You can call them through our toll-free-number at 1800-88-1918.

Hi Acer, any updates on your Switch 7 launch?

I just called the Acer Highpoint guys. She cant spill all she wants haha. The free servicing is limited to the price of the laptop. Meaning, if the laptop costs 2k, i can have up to RM2k's worth of servicing. Still fair tho

I'm interested in buying your Acer ET430K monitor. Ive read quite some review regarding image retention in this panel. May I know how true it is ?

Hey zzzhhhzzz, thank you for expressing your interest! Unfortunately, image retention happens on most IPS panels. This is also known as screen bleeding. Though it is unavoidable at the moment, Acer ensures less or minimal image retention on our IPS panel products, including the Acer ET430K. Hope this clarifies, cheers
