I have a problem with Acer Aspire 5 A514-52G. The Intel Wireless Wi-Fi 6 AX201 is unstable when connected on 5GHz (Channel Width Auto). It's working fine on "Channel Width for 5GHz 20MHz only". Done the Acer Factory restore still the same problem.

Tested on wireless router:
Xiaomi R3P Pro
TP-Link Deco M5

Driver or hardware issues ??

Send in warranty : 4th Nov 2019
Collect: 5th Nov 2019 (unable to test because service center do not have Wireless AC access point)

Wireless issue remain
Send in warranty : 6th Nov 2019
Collect: 19th Nov 2019
Wireless problem resolved.

Send in warranty: 19th Nov 2019 / ongoing
Found out that the Acer service replaced the original Intel AX201 with Intel AC 9560.
Report a complain that the wifi card has been replaced with a older model.

It is a hassle since day 1 owning an Acer Laptop. The after sales & service is incompetent in solving a simple issue.
