i'm on 6800 Ultra only, also running 1680x1050 high details.

imagine what anyone else can do with a newer and more powerful card.

i tried ultra-high details. couldn't be bothered. sames goes to AA / AF. really la when in the heat of combat most of the eye candy you really have no time to observe already.

i just have some money to buy 8800gtx.but my frend told me to wait for upcoming dx10 game becoz cnc doesnt required high requirement.but mayb this weekend i wanna but ati 2900.im a ati user.never tried nvidia gc b4.lol.i read article that new patch will b out on 22 may that is next week.if it doesnt come out next week so the conclusion is that the patch will b released on june.

Although as things made by EA go, we should be expecting an expansion pack either late '07 or early '08 and command and conquer 4 would probably be rushed for christmas '09.
And along with that, the elimination of support after 2 years max.

Just speculating
(look at generals and zero hour, barely a year apart)

Erm.... look at EA's record and see how they produce those games which make money, any expansion/sequence for C&C3 wont be too long (Hope they keep the quality up, not something like the NFS series, after playing all like all teh same one).

argh i cant install the cnc3 through advanced user option. why that notice popping out when i click next button even ive did sumthing to the icon on the list there. it seem liek i can install the game on recommended option but my local hardisk are full enough. help meeeeeeee

Try clicking on all 3 icons and pressing install to local hard disk? Worth a shot

Either one is fine.. but if you are a long time fans of C&C... you might as well consider Kane Edition.

Dunno why but I really believe this has something to do with Vista...

This new-wonderful-godlike-OS has been giving me too much problem in internet connection. Once I can't connect to Windows and even Update my windows correctly. Then my torrent.. even with VPN.. started to crumble. And now... my C&C3's online connection is dying...

Oh my... and I am now started to think if my Vista is even an original copy or not. Stupid Mikerosoft... giving crappy copies in MMU event...
