one thing i've learned from that game. If zapartan beefed up his vehicle units, you probably woulnd't have enough time to retaliate.

But heck, i'm a newbie, i was in awe when i saw you fight back. i really really thought you were going to lose. But your scorps and venoms harassment proved me wrong. I really think they are shitty at late game. never thought they are still that useful.

Btw what did you use for anti-airs? the attackbikes? how are they compared to raider buggies? Also why did you not expand your refinery base? (i'm asking this in a newbie seeking for help point of view).

i got 2gigs of ram on my laptop. I think u might need more cause the 950 uses system ram as graphics ram

I'm in Mission #2 - GDI...Pentagon.

I wish to use Hard Difficulty.
I think it was Normal currently.
Any way I can use Hard from now till end?

I noticed we can only change the difficulty in Theatre.

scorps and venom only useless against mamoth tank+railgun or firehawk.I managed to destroy almost all the harvester to cripple enemy economy,so GDI did not come out any mammoth tank or fire hawk spam. but no time to stop the ion cannon.

the best anti-air weapon is venom+laser or stealth tank. but u must use ur scrop tank to cover their asses.their armour is weak,especially stealth tank.the greatest weakness I found in GDI, is their harvester has no stealth. u destroy their harvester, they will no mammoth tank or firehawk spam.

that time so tension, watching ion cannon countdown,so freaking spam all the venom and scorp tank to destroy their power plant, do anything to delay the ion countdown,no time to care about expansion base, but expansion base is very important.If i build an expansion base, I would have ended the game early tongue.gif

If u notice ... most of the build order does not have barracks. Sell of the 2nd refinery and u will have a few rifleman .. use them to scout enemy base.

Just a reminder ... only sell of the 2nd refinery when ur harvester is fully deploy.

been reading EA and GameReplays forum about the next big patch...


Can anyone give me a justification why Scorpion tank's damage should be reduced up to 25% and Flame Tank's damage increased 150%??

Scorpion versus Predator?? Dmn.. can't even win against Seeker after the patch...

The reason is ... they wan players to units diffenrent units in the game. As u know .. most of the NOB matches .. u will see mass Scorpions. Tell .. where did we ever see Flame tanks, Stealth Tanks or even Avatar.

EA wants players to balance out using other units in the game as well.

People forget that the flame units are very strong against structures not only for anti-infantry. So if they are going to increase the damage... blink.gif
