No, because you can't run the VPN on the mifi. Anyway tethered connections don't get unlimited.

Nope, spotify uses very little bandwidth even at highest quality so not an issue.

I think no. It need Ookyo VPN to be activated using Ookyo apps. But you can use the secondary phone with the Ookyo sim to play youtube then mirror to tv. Please take note that it will be 480p.

Any1 know if the RM30 is inclusive youtube app? I checked with customer service and they say there is extra charge on top of RM30 if subscribe for YouTube,however I don't see this on their website

You get unlimited YouTube if it's on the 4 selected apps..

If it's for the fifths one..need to get add on ..for another extra RM3.00..

Just include in the 4 apps..and you are good..

What do you mean by terminate?..

1) Have you request the number for terminate?
- Need to request ticket in fuzzy..explain your number need to be active again..

2) Is the number in Grace? means your number is after due date?
- Pay in ookyo apps..tap "Click Here To Pay"..and follows its instruction..

Better take a screenshot of your HQ to further assist..

Hi Bro asrin...

1) No did not request for termination.

I forgot to top up and my last top up was on 13/11/2018. Yesterday i received a message saying, "sad to see you go" i was shocked. Then i did chat with Fuzzy under case number #45274 but they keep saying the number is already been terminated. I did mentioned to them that i had difficulty top up on ookyo and also using the service because my phone died and i was using dual sim phone.

2) already pass the grace period of 50 days

Now is 4 Feb 2019..seem like is dead already..

in ookyo T&C, it clearly stated mobile number will be cancelled. for such termination cases, usually the mobile number cannot be reused anymore.
not sure who can help you to retrieve that number.

Unfortunately really left it way too long. Not just ookyo but any telco would have cancelled the line di unless they have some special long-term service agreement.

In future if trying to keep line active try for unifi mobile (line active based on last usage date, so just send an SMS every month) or those MVNOs with long validity period.
