It's been while since someone mentioned about Jelly Effect. Does it mean the effect become norm over time?

Phone manufacturers will think of all ways to make sure you do.

huh?
where you want to move the photo to? you can delete/share/hide/flag favourite photos in many by the way..

"create new collection" consider move? if so then you can move in many as well..
*
example from "folder A" to "folder B".. both exisiting folders.

Yes, you only can move from "folder A" to new folder with "create new colleciton", but not to existing folder.

I simply amaze it's almost no new user mentioned about the jelly effect. Maybe you're right it's nothing serious.

I did, few pages back. The very first time I scroll the screen then already realize it. But as I said earlier, it is acceptable for me. Some time I feel it's quite "funny" though. lol

after one week of usage here is my personal review.

Pros.
1.Pretty Fast , open apps with no delay.
2.Front facing camera pretty cool and clear with more wide angle.
3.Dash Charging is superb fast.

Cons.
1. Jelly Jelly is there , if inverted the phone and scroll up and down it's will be fixed. [if you can't accept don't buy this device , cause the effect can't be fix or just wait for OP5T/OP6 ]
2. Lack of OIS , lowlight image too blurly
3.no stereo speakers , but the speaker is good enough compared to mi5/5s
4.no QHD display , some people complaint bout the pixel on the screen [for me is acceptable]
5.no MMC card slot

I dont think there would be much difference as you wont be utilizing the ram to the max on the 8GB version.

Technically speaking yes, the 8GB version would require more battery juice to power it. But then again, the difference in power usage should be very little and should be negligible.

speaking of the cons,
1. again, jelly effect is not obvious if you're not trying to find it. put it this way, it's a effect no other phone have. i don't feel giddy or any.
2. it's a bad-bad move with no OIS. total agree on this.
3 and 4, it's not an issue to me as far i use the phone as "it-just-a-phone". better speaker, pair to Bluetooth solved. need better screen to watch, get a tablet.
5. no issue for me since i port from Nexus

dont give wrong input please, 8gb had no significant different to 6gb.

Normally 6gb wont fully utilize and bottleneck normally found on CPU utilization on heavy load...

The battery life different is ignoble...
