heh , thanks shadowjass . i workout outdoor i guess . what am doing now is mainly cardio , must burn 'em fat FIRST .

woke up very, very, very late this morning , so breakfast skipped = no good . i know my eating is crappy these day , just bear with me and i will make amendment gradually . and i just found out my body fat is 18% , is it possible to have a body fat of 10% and considered healthy ?
