E1 is the best layout for own stay. You get the best of views with the double balcony. Rooms are sufficiently sized, plenty of natural light coming in which I deem to be very important.
Maid's Room = my storage place to keep my collection of tools.
Yard = my space to build my prototypes. Best part to it? I can ask my maid to open the door to the yard without me needing to bring materials through the house.
Family Room = Home office. Definitely looks big enough for 2 people to work in it together.
Wet Kitchen = my missus' studio.
D3 is the best one to buy for capital appreciation. Good view of the lake and hills. Unlike the C1 and C2, it does not have the issue of when you open the bedroom doors it faces the toilet or the toilet door. Good sized rooms and suitable for a medium sized family which would most likely be the subsequent subsale buyer. It is also at a size where it isn't too big and unlikely to be as expensive as an E1 unit that rental can't cover the interest.
B2 is the better one for rental. Ideal for an expatriate Western couple without children or with a small baby. One of my believes when getting any high rise is it must be a corner unit for better light and sometimes nicer views. Also resale values will be slightly better if it is a good unit in the long term. Sometimes just that extra set of windows can make a difference. The benefit of this over the Type A is this one comes with a study room that could be used as a home office or maybe even a room for a small child. The other benefit of this vs a Type C1 is this one the study room has a window while the C1 doesn't. I do believe at this level it would have a better demand in the rental market though it may not necessarily command a higher rental rate than the Type A versions but it will allow you to be pickier on who rents it. Resale time? This unit will find a lot of takers especially as the current younger ones start to look for upgrades from their 400-500sf studios

Why choose D3 and not D1 or D2?
Design or layout is identical.
