Hi Guys. I'm new here. What do you guys think of the pros and cons between D1 , D2 vs D3. I prefer D3 only because of the bath tub. Apart from that, all others seems to be very similar. TIA

For now many ll flood D1 due to the wider view of lake.

Buyers started to realise D2 is just as gd as D1 now.

D3 has vely minor difference vs D1 D2 n yes bath tub is an advantage n it's corner unit. Less evening sun heat is gd for some owners.

It's vely personal n subjective to take D1 over D3 or vise versa.

For size wise and extra storage actually D4 is best regardless of the view. D4 has a closet as store room like type E2.

Like Giggs boss say, it's a personal thing.

For me, D1 due to the view.
View is more or less permanent. No future structure is expected to come up and block ur view.

Bath tub is something you can install.

Yes, bathtub is easy to install, but it will take up some bathroom usable space... The double wash basin need to sacrify to accommodate bath tub....
D1 will get better view... But D3 will give exclusive interior feel becos of bath tub... Haha
Over 2 mil price tag condo no bath tub.... Hmmmm.... Like 300k car without electronic assit driver seat...

Not so easy to install a bath tub if the space isn’t there.

D3 does have a bigger sized bathroom compared to others.

As for which to go for depends on your priorities, other than the Japanese very few Asians are into having bathtubs if you don’t need one then don’t have one as it is a pain to maintain.

I do believe there would be some price adjustments between the D types so something to consider as well.

Yes, the bathtub is really an advantage and I agree that it is very difficult to install them in D1 or D2. Will probably inclined to D3 than the other 2 😂😂

U can also go to page 46 to see what kind of views each type has.

In regards to master bathroom size, from the floor plan you can see that D1 length is about 300mm shorter than D3 but 25mm wider.
Please also note that D3 is also closer to the entrance. You may experience more noise from the incoming and exiting traffic.

One things which is not very nice is the block number.. D3 will be 3A. Wondering hows the unit number too. Will it be 3A-3A? Any idea on this?
