Just to inform here as some use shopee for fulfilling the soon-to-end quota purposes, shopee has been banning TNB and other bill payments. I asked them why, this is CS answer:-

it's due to partial-month for the "1st month", whereby statement wont be generated, hence no cb. it will be generated on next complete month.

you can still use it, just the system will compute the cashback to your "2nd" month statement (which is the 1st statement)

Ok, thanks for the info.  so means CB for Partial 1st month + 2nd month will be combined in one statement, then we'll have to remember the cap of CB RM30/card to be used for the 1.x months.

Hi, my VS was approved in Nov last year and was made known the statement date is on 11th of the month. In order to get the cash back in full, I have make many advance payment before 10th Dec and was expecting RM 50 cb for my spending in Nov.
Likewise, I make advance payment to my bills in Dec and expect the RM 50 cash back in the Jan statement.

I only got to know the spending in Nov was billed in my Jan statement (why not Dec?). My first statement is in Jan instead of Dec last year. So, this means I lost the RM 50 cash back for spending in Nov, and only get that for Dec? Any way to appeal for the RM50 cash back lost 😢

* you may wonder why have I not checked my statement in Dec.as I'm unable to add card in pbebank and was requested to visit the branch which is a hassle, and worrying of being charged finance charge, I just pay the spending in Nov that I tracked in Dec as if I got the statement but in fact there is no statement received...

any portal to pay "bil hasil tanah" using VS or quantum for cashback?

anyone that applied thru pbb online for the quantum cc. How do we submit the extra documents ah? i had click submitted the form but it does not show any where to attach the doc or the cs will further email n request for it?
