(that time havent got online register) Direct debit and Salary deduction are two different things. But both will get 10% off. For your question, some forumers said you cant cancel your direct debit anymore if u already register it. Unlike salary deduction, you can cancel it anytime.

Guys, need some help on payment cycle.
For example , my statement date is 3rd of every month. Payment due date is 23rd.
In my scenario, statement date 3rd OCT @ statement balance is 4k , in between 3rd oct to 17th oct , i did pay 3k , and i still spend using the card.
My question is , did i need to clear all outstanding balance before 23rd? Or i just need to clear the statement balance 1k which i ady pay 3k during 3rd to 17th oct.
Yr reply are highly appreciated.

QUOTE(Hanz91 @ Oct 18 2017, 12:12 PM) How about overseas usage? Couldn't find any information for that hv to pay extra caution when spending at overseas. the cash back should be calculated only on transactions that falls on sat and sun, based on malaysia date time, not visiting country date time. and amex usually charge at higher exchange rate than visa and master. so you need to do your own calculation whether it is worth to spend using amex. i do swipe using amex sometimes when there is offer tied to amex. lik car rental with hertz.
