I opted for collection from Card Centre few years ago and the officer destroy my old cards and helped to activate my new cards.
Mixed feedback, some got cancelled while some don't with both sets of cards active at the same time. However, I don't see a need for this because both share same cash back of RM 50. Unless you have auto-billing and still haven't changed to new cards.

How come you are existing Maybank card members but still able to applied new cards at treats fair. One lady told me the treats fair cc application is only for new customers.
