Failed, got chance to pay on weekend...still not using m2cards amex

Well, everyone makes mistakes. There's always next time to pay again.

Normal la... just like me got few card on hand, some times panic will use the wrong card.
Just happened last Thursday where i am onleave and i was thinking it was sunday and pump petrol using amex and not FCB

Weekday petrol should use Citi Cashback or similar rather than FCB. FCB really should reserve for things which have no category (like insurance, hardware purchases etc.)

guys, one question, using amex for digi 24 month installment will earn 1x or 5x treat point? let say rm5k, will get 5k point or 25k point? digi considered as utility or not?

another question, anyone experienced swipe over limit? my card limit is 15k, but that day i swipe digi for epp and I found out that my total outstanding balance has over 15k(bt+installment has over 15k). Then few days ago, I still able to swipe my card for few hundred in other merchant. But my wife who used my supplement card has failed to swipe her card these 2 weeks. Why I still able to swipe my card but not my supplement card? going to call maybank hotline on this case tmr.

Another question, can I just pay extra, let say 3-4k in my maybank card to lower down the total outstanding balance, so that it lower than my overall credit limit. After this, I think my wife can continue use her supplement card.

Anyone experienced this case?

Yes. No charges if you pay your statement balance in full monthly.
Else normal finance charges still apply ya.
For card itself no charges at all.
