Base on the dates I should entitle for CB, hopefully will get them later, otherwise have to call CS.

Did you fulfill the other criteria which is to use pin and pay?

Not sure how they calculate, I pumped twice on 1-Apr, but only 1 of it get the rebate.

i think they are having technical issue on calculate the winner cash back....
i pump in 1st May and 2nd May also have nothing ...
will need to call cs then....

I got my 10% petrol cash back for may17. The 21st may still entitled for it..

Ok, we started to receive 10% petrol cashback from a week ago (in November 2017). So, how could we file a dispute by 30 September 2017? The timing is not right.

Just call CS, and she said I have negative balance of RM 20 in my Gold card for this petrol campaign rebate of Mar/Apr. Will transfer to my Platinum and need 5 days. (before that I'm using Gold version, surprisingly my Gold still active in system but it already removed from my m2u)

But then I ask how about for May & June? She said im not entitled as they have many customer? I saw dude reported here even quite end of month also entitled, I done 1st swipe which always fall on 1st week of the month. Really duno how they calculate and duno how to argue with them also

A clueless CS told me that CB for Petrol Promo1 was awarded earlier so cant disputed now as it is way past 30Sept, and last week CB given is for Promo2 until I corrected him. He will get his supervisor/manager to call me later.

According to another CS, CB for Promo1 is being awarded in batches.

Just got the Petrol Promo for May. How many months/batches are there?

What date was the cashback credited?

This is normal for Maybank. I have a dispute case in 2015 still unsettle now....
I have another Maybank overcharge me issue last year which also still unsettle now...

if want to get more petrol cash back better use other cards for e.g. HLB Wise, MBB Petronas

I've been exchanging treatpoints for cash vouchers (Aeon and Aeon Big)

This is why I decided not to join such campaigns anymore. We really dont know how they do things. I rather go for lazada petronas gift card.

From postings here looks like CB has been awarded on different days. Assume it is in batches.

My MBB VISA card eaten by ATM in Istanbul. Reported to VISA 2 days ago but yet to receive any updates whatsoever.

Any idea how long before I heard from them?
Also, how do I request for replacement card?

My search skill is obsolete. I couldn't find any related info.
