Results suppose to be out within 8 to 12 weeks, but now already 17 weeks. MBB very slow in awarding CB unlike PBB which is super fast.

That is weird, after checking I found that I pumped on the following dates and get 0 CB:
22 & 25 March
16 April
1 & 4 May
3 June 2x.

A clueless CS told me that CB for Petrol Promo1 was awarded earlier so cant disputed now as it is way past 30Sept, and last week CB given is for Promo2 until I corrected him. He will get his supervisor/manager to call me later.

Something is terribly wrong with MBB's awarding of CB for both the Petrol Promos.

I participated in all months but only got CB for Jun, Aug and Sept.
I got nothing for 1-May.
I got CB for 3-Sept but not 2-Sept.
I got full CB of rm50 for 12,19 & 26 August.

Luckily I pumped petrol mostly on weekends to get at least 5% CB.

If I buy Etiqa car insurance online on 31/12(Sunday) using MB2Amex, would it be posted on the same day since it belongs to MBB? I intend that it be posted in January to maximise CB.
Insurance due on 8Jan2018, I can actually do it on 6Jan(Sat) either by phone or online but scared of Etiqa's system breakdown.
