Well, the contactless version of American Express Credit Card is called ExpressPay.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Express#ExpressPay

Unfortunately, Maybank do not introduce this feature in their offering of American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, maybe due to cost.

The “American Express 10% Cashback” commences on 15 March 2017 until 30 June 2017 (“Campaign Period”).

Clause 6.6:
If there is any dispute or non‐receipt of Cashback, the Winner is required to contact Maybank Customer Service at 1300 88 6688 by 30 September 2017. No request for any inquiry will be entertained after 30 September 2017.

Ok, we started to receive 10% petrol cashback from a week ago (in November 2017). So, how could we file a dispute by 30 September 2017? The timing is not right. rclxub.gif

For payment of Maxis bills in Maybank2U Internet banking website,

1) What is the minimum payment amount?

2) Is it possible to pay in cents, such as RM 10.56, RM 5.89 and RM 100.34?

The thing is that if I have spent RM 989.86 with Maybankard 2 Amex, I need to spend another RM 10.14, so that spending amount of RM 1000.00 is achieved, and the maximum cashback of RM 50.00 is obtained.

Thank you for the information. smile.gif

Well, as you said, the cashback will be less than RM 50, due to rounding down for each transaction. I have no issue with that, as long as I can achieve the exact spending of RM 1000.00. smile.gif

Yesterday, I went to Maybank Card Centre in Gardens.

One of the Maybank staff told me that during Maybank Treatsfair, we cannot redeem cash vouchers (such as Aeon Vouchers), with our Treatspoints. Instead, the Treatspoints can be exchanged with only items. sad.gif

I take a quick look at the Treatsfair website, and the catalogue. The only cash vouchers I can see are just TGV movie vouchers.

Well, it is just unverified information. Perhaps, someone else can get better information on this matter.

Well, in Treatsfair last year, Maybank allowed 8000 Treatspoints to be exchanged with RM 20 Aeon Vouchers. The rate of redemption is still same, but the minimum Treatspoints required is much lower.

In Maybank Card Centre, minimum of 40000 Treatspoints are needed to be exchanged with RM 100 Aeon Vouchers.

I exchanged my Treatspoints a few month ago, so I do not have a lot of Treatspoints now. It is best to exchange as much Treatspoints as I can, before Treatspoints may be devalued later this year.

Sorry for posting a off-topic question.

In previous Maybank2U internet banking website, we can download credit advices, which are receipts of fund transfer made from accounts in other banks to our Maybank Savings Account, via interbank GIRO (IBG).

Home > e-Bills & Statements > Advices & Notices

In new Maybank2U internet banking website, where can I download credit advices?

Thank you for your information. smile.gif
