Paid by interbank transfer? Normally within Maybank 2u this won't happen.

u sure u looked at the amount correctly? Oustanding amount will reduce, statement amount is fixed.

by now, you should also see PYMT@MAYBANK2U.COM RMxxx in transaction history for the card.


FYI, i just paid my mbb cards from mbb SA also, all the cards' outstanding amount reduced immediately. just showing current outstanding (unbilled until next bill date in Dec).

Finally my first TP redemption period has arrived since my points will start expiring tomorrow.
Called CS and redeemed 50,800+ points to Krisflyer miles, so my next redemption period will be in March 2018 when my points will start to expire again sad.gif
How nice if they have evergreen points like Citibank

They used to be able to waive the AF if you call, not sure about now though.

Hello guys, is the weekend cash back still available? I didn't receive any cash back these 2 months, on November 12 (Sunday), I spent around 1.5k on Airasia website using AMEX but didn't receive any cash back sad.gif

Check your nov 2nd transaction, if there's cash back for Oct. Else, share out your Oct transactions for us to see.

I never fail to get monthly cash back from Maybank.
