how about if I buy at apple store orchard road? can I claim at airport during departure? or way easier to just buy at the airport?

Buy from airport save the all the hassle lo. Just call them to check on the stock availability and tell them your departure date then they will be able to reserve for you.

From what I know, iStudio already have started walk-in purchase but not sure aiport store have stock or not.

I wrote somewhere, the self-collect option has been disabled due to high amounts of cancellation. When Apple ship the product to the branch, if the buyer cancelled the order, the branch would have trouble on relocating that phone as iPhone 8/8+ demand is really low compared to iphone 7/7+ as mostly people waiting for ipong X.

Usually I'll wait at least 2 weeks after the official launch. I will watch the review from youtube...speed test, battery, endurance, comparison, usually from everythingapplepro, unbox therapy, linus (sometimes), dave lee, phone arena, most of them has a final say.

if it worth the upgrade the hardware to utilize ios 11, then I will, if its not, my i7 plus is pretty damn good for now, well, I dont take pictures a lot, mostly for productivity, email, onenote, google keep and some social app, no instagram, snapchat etc.

I am still waiting few comparison between note 8 camera vs i8 plus camera though.
