After half day used my ip8+, I just noticed theres horizontal line on my screen, but im not sure if it is from my tempered glass. Can I check without remove my tempered glass? If I did remove it, can it attached again?

You can remove the tempered glass but do take note that that the adhesive may not be as strong as when you first applied.
