Same goes to me now. Perhaps now getting older and no much time to play with the phone. During my Android days hard reset and flashing rom is like twice weekly not to mention backup and restoring file after each flash and those trial and error time spend. I guess i can spend the time on life for better. Lol
Iphone is just plain power up and load those app needed and done. Nothing much to be done after that.

The 256GB will be a benchmark now for iphone users so when you resell the phone at later time it will fetch higher demand as well compared to 64GB.
The iphone become tougher to sell year over year except you try to sell at a very competitive pricing. So with a 256GB spec next year or year after the size will be preferred by user.

Switched over digi since 2015 until now from maxis ( 15 years maxis user ) so far no problem around klang valley penang and johor. My house and office coverage is good as well so i do save alot compared to maxis. The good thing is i can actually save a thousand or two after this switch. Thats quite some amount i can spend on other better thing in life.

I am using 6s plus as well. Still consider on the upgrade or not. Updated to iOS 11 the device seems is getting hard to cope with the os hiccup here and there when launching and exiting app makes me just want to change the phone.
If upgrade mainly for the ip67 , faster processor and also the 256Gb. Mine 128GB almost full and extra space will be good for now as well.
Well, basically the 6s plus is still in good use actually lol so perhaps skip this year as well and wait for another year lol

I have problem with porting out from maxis last year as well. Request for port out at digi for 3 time just succeeded. At last i went to maxis to fix the so called “ tunneling “ problem between my lines at sunway pyramid maxis before went to digi to ask for port request again. I am not sure also what tunneling problem they mention

I went to mid valley maxis , they cant solve it . Second time to klcc still same and last sunway pyramid and it does solve the problem. Within 4 hours my digi line activated. I have 3 line with me at that time. One principal and 2 supp. All port over to digi.

Those 40 50 wireless charger sold in lazada is safe to use ? Plan to buy a few to put at home office and car use. Or need to buy reputable one like samsung ori charger etc ?

Me too. Prior to plus version I had no choice but only use Note series until the 6 plus came. The battery life and screen real estate is my main priority for choosing the plus version.

iOS photo app is the one i hate most when i was so used with android. Even now i have turn off the auto save photo from messenger to make the photo album less “ junk “ photo.
Android will create a separate folder for specific app. Camera roll is only dedicated to photo taken from camera only. Less clutter.

This round I found that silver is quite nice . Maybe the X version of silver is nicer than the black as well. This year black is so yesteryear because of 7 jet black and matte black.
Gold look a bit pink to me also so got the silver and never look back. Personally felt this year silver felt more premium

Somehow google now app seems messed up in background today and drain so much battery .
At first i thought how come the 8+ battery is draining faster compared to the first week. Quick check on the battery and see google app is raking in the top spot even thou i didnt use it.
After remove the app, everything back to normal. Anyone have similar problem ?

Me too quite liked the X because of the overall new design but if for the overall usage i felt plus is better for me because of the screen size.
Will go for X plus version next year if they launch that. Now just wondering if next year sell off the X 256GB, how much will it fetch ? I dont think its easy to sell a yesteryear preowned at 4k ( 1.9k loss ) .
I always fund up new gadget with offloading the previous one but the phone price getting higher each year make this much more harder except we can let go at 50% loss or more. Thats quite hurt to the wallet lol.

Anyone have this problem when charging the phone the % doesnt goes up. After restart the phone it will go up to the accurate %.

Oh boy... tht was the last thing i would want to do. Takes quite sometime to restore it again. Lol.
Charging the percent wont go up but discharge it the percent works fine.

My unifi is still on 10 mbps. This 8+ i restore about 5 hours for 20++ GB file. Crazy stuff
